Rescue Spa is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS. We will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider. Q: What if I am not home when my package arrives?A: If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for UPS My Choice. This is a free service and UPS will email you 24 hours in advance of your delivery. The email will advise you of the approximate delivery window and delivery options if you don’t plan to be home at that time. Q: How do I track my order?A: When there is an update to your order (e.g. shipment) you will receive an email from Rescue Spa with information on your order. As an added convenience, Rescue now provides our guests the convenience of registering for an account to enhance your shopping experience. Q: When should I use P50?A: P50 is recommended to be used twice a day, morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturizing the skin. Q: Is P50 Safe?A: Yes.
