How long should I take Nutrafol Ppospatrum?

Nutrafol Postpartum was formulated for women to take after childbirth through their first year postpartum. Nutrafol recommends taking the product for 3-6 months and beyond to support your recovery and replenish your body to promote better hair growth. If you are still breastfeeding after the first year, they recommend continuing with Nutrafol Postpartum. Once you’ve stopped breastfeeding, you can switch to Nutrafol Women.

When should I expect to see results?

Every woman's postpartum hair journey is different. After giving birth, estrogen and progesterone decline abruptly, while cortisol starts to increase drastically igniting a shift in the hair growth cycle. Normally, the hair growth cycle resets after 6-15 months, but Nutrafol Postpartum was formulated to support recovery through this transition for better hair growth with natural ingredients during the first year after birth. These natural ingredients address and manage underlying imbalances in the body during the first three months of taking the product and beyond.

Does "breastfeeding friendly" mean safe for me and the baby?
