Start your overall daily oral care routine by brushing your teeth and scraping your tongue using a tongue scraper. Remove the stopper and take approx. 1 tsp of oil and swish for 2-5 mins. (the longer the better!) Discard into the trash can. Do not swallow. Rinse is optional. Don't forget to floss between meals and upgrade your toothbrush every three months.
