    Apply Active Smooth 00 directly to bare nails, with no Base Coat or Top Coat, and allow to air dry.

    Its makeup-inspired finish is buildable:

    2 coats for a more defined CC Polish effect with a satiny finish

    Layering: Pair Active Smooth 00 with other Active™ shades for a fully personalized look
