Shopping and Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided the items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on backorder or are out of stock. You can read more on our customer service page. During Holiday's we follow the UPS schedule for shipments. You can read about that here
Is a signature required for delivery?
Orders with a value exceeding $1,000 before tax will automatically include a signature requirement for delivery. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please email us at [email protected] before or shortly after placing your order. Kindly note that if it's your first time ever placing an order with a total exceeding $1,000 pre-tax, a signature will be required without a waiver.
What is Shop Rescue Spa Return policy?
Rescue Spa aims for your complete satisfaction with your order. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, we gladly offer refunds for items returned to us within 14 days of purchase, as long as they remain in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Please note that Rescue Circle Memberships and International Orders are non-refundable. For more detail please check our Return Policy.
How are damages and missing packages handled?
Once an order has left Rescue Spa, it is in the care of UPS. Rescue Spa is not liable for any errors made by the service provider. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to UPS and their customer service department at 1-800-PICK-UPS.
We'll provide you with the required information for filing a claim with the shipping provider. Please be advised that for any damages that occurred during the shipment, the photo must be taken and provided to [email protected]. What if I am not home when my package arrives?
If you are receiving the delivery to your residence and don’t plan to be home, we would advise signing up for UPS My Choice. This is a free service and UPS will email you 24 hours in advance of your delivery. The email will advise you of the approximate delivery window and delivery options if you don’t plan to be home at that time. Sign up now by clicking on this link www.ups.com/mychoice

When there is an update to your order (e.g. shipment) you will receive an email from Rescue Spa with information on your order. As an added convenience, Rescue now provides our guests the convenience of registering for an account to enhance your shopping experience. Why does Biologique Recherche not use retinol?
