Applied after cleansing, it removes any traces of make-up, pollution, and other impurities, while regulating the skin’s delicate pH balance that can be altered even by the alkalinity of tap water. Suitable for all skin types, the Balancing Toner helps to reduce the appearance of pores by removing oil build-up, leaving your skin ready to apply moisturizer.

    Innovative Sugar Bio vector regulates the natural pH value of the skin to support the protective Acid Mantle. Beta-Glucan and Panthenol soothe irritated sensitive skin so it feels clean and balanced while Hyaluronic Acid provides an intense moisture boost.
