    HOW TO USE

    1. Sweep a lighter shade across the lid. Swirl brush over formula for maximum pigment pickup.
    2. Layer deeper shades to accentuate shape and build intensity.
    3. Add shimmer wherever you want a pop, to the center of the lids and inner corners.
