"I chose this lip balm mainly to hydrate my dry, chapped lips because I use other MBR products and love them. Unfortunately, the Perfect Lip ID fell short. I've seen no improvement after one month of use. My lips are still very dry, rough, and chapped. I apply generously throughout the day and bedtime. I have to reapply more often than I expected. It does not retain moisture for me. I have also not seen any improvements to the density of the tissue, increased lip volume, smoothed fine lines. At this price, I expected more from this lip treatment. I wanted to love it as I do with my other MBR products, but I don't. Very disappointed."
