    3. Application: Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone to prepare the skin. Divide your target areas into sections, and roll each area vertically, horizontally, and diagonally for 3-5 minutes using mild but firm pressure.
    4. Post-Needling Care: Follow with your recommended products.
    5. Clean the Roller: Rinse the roller with warm water before and after use. Cleanse it once a week with Environ Instrument Cleaning Solution for optimal hygiene.
